“……the aim of the MSPA is to foster a constructive relationship between Parents and the School, and to create a partnership which helps the School to listen to and deal with Parents concerns, and for Parents to learn more about what they can do to help the School and improve their children education. While it is important to remember that the MSPA does not necessarily represent the views of all parents, it shall provide an excellent forum for communication and a basis for partnership between parents and School…..”
